Conference registration is now open.
The registration desk will be in the foyer of College Building, entrance on St. John Street. See City University’s maps of the local area.
Participants may register for the main conference and optionally a workshop or tutorial. Participants may also register for a workshop or tutorial without attending the main conference, for a slightly higher workshop or tutorial fee.
All prices are in US Dollars. (Fees had previously been listed in UK Pounds; however, the ACM’s registration system does not handle Pounds.)
The tutorial is free of charge for all workshop and doctoral consortium participants.

Registration for the conference includes:
To receive the student rate, attendees will be required to provide proof of student status (e.g., current student card) on arrival at the conference.
To receive the ACM SIGCHI rate, attendees will be required to provide their ACM membership number during the registration process.
Workshop and tutorial fees include attendance at the tutorial or workshop and lunch on June 24.
The EICS organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of participants during the Conference.
There is no separate fee for the doctoral consortium; however, all doctoral consortium members are required to register for the main conference at the full-time student rate.
Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event. There will be an administrative charge of $50 for cancellations. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.
