Fees

Participants may register for the main conference and optionally the MODIQUITOUS workshop (if accepted as a workshop participant) or the Creative and Open Software Engineering tutorial.

Participants may also register for MODIQUITOUS or the tutorial only, without attending the main conference, at a slightly higher fee.

Fee details

All prices are in euros (€). Registration for the conference includes:

• Attendance at all conference sessions;
• One copy of the conference proceedings (extra copies of the proceedings may be purchased for 35€ each);
• Lunch on June 26, 27, and 28;
• The conference welcome reception on June 26;
• The social event on June 27 (additional tickets may be purchased for 90 € each)

To receive the student rate, attendees will be required to provide proof of student status (e.g., current student card) on arrival at the conference.

To receive the ACM SIGCHI rate, attendees will be required to provide their ACM membership number during the registration process.

Workshop and tutorial fees include attendance at the tutorial or workshop and lunch on June 25.

The EICS organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of participants during the Conference.

Doctoral Consortium

There is no separate fee for the doctoral consortium; however, all doctoral consortium members are required to register for the main conference at the full-time student rate.

Registration Conditions

Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event. There will be an administrative charge of 20 € for cancellations. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.
